"Egg"speriment on Leadership Day

Just how strong are eggs?

Students worked to collect data using an iPad app about the weight eggs can withstand.

Karen, Sterling, and Shawn show off their eggs and their data.

Makaila records data on the iPad while Faith stacks books on top of eggs.

Jazmin, David, and Rodolfo are surprised by their egg data.

Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra

Today, we got to visit the Hendersonville Symphony at Blue Ridge Community College.  We heard their performance of Peter and the Wolf.  Many students were so excited about the performance, that they have decided to learn to play an instrument in the future.
