Today we visited Warren Wilson College in Black Mountain. We were excited to see the Gee's Bend Quilt exhibit. We've been learning about the art, history, geography, and math of Gee's Bend and quilt-making. Our college visit today included time to explore the museum exhibit, a campus tour, time at the farm, and weaving with the fiber-works crew. We enjoyed our visit and learned so much about Gee's Bend and college life.
