Congratulations to Zoe for meeting her academic goal today!  

She set a challenging goal and met it because of her dedication to learning.  She focused and used efficient strategies for responding to reading passages.  We are so proud of her!

Soccer Game!

Most of our class enjoyed a soccer game on this beautiful 3rd day of Spring.  We have such a great classroom community!  We are leaders who see positive qualities in everyone we meet.  This helps us to all be friends.  We enjoy hanging out together during our free time and learning in our classroom.

Engineering Weather Formation Demonstrations

We are studying weather in our class.  Since we are the STEM magnet class, today we incorporated engineering by designing and building a demonstration to model how each type of precipitation is formed.  Engineers were given a time-limit for each component of the project.  The results were outstanding and our engineers evolved into meteorologists!  Proud of these super-smart kiddos.

Genius Hour Progress

The Genius Hour panel is working hard on research during IME.  They are finding meaningful, exciting ways to use their voice to contribute to the world.
