Fire Safety
Today Sparky, the Dana Fire Department, and the Henderson County Dispatcher visited our school for a fire safety assembly. They talked to us about how to prevent fires, and how to safely react to fire. We learned so much from their presentation and we were so glad to see Sparky! Sparky the Fire Dog! Using mascots is an effective way to catch the kids’ attention. Fire prevention and safety tips are important because without sufficient knowledge, everything you hold dear can perish in a fire.
